{"id":1115,"date":"2021-02-24T08:19:34","date_gmt":"2021-02-24T07:19:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/91.98.205.163:8089\/?p=1115"},"modified":"2021-02-24T08:19:34","modified_gmt":"2021-02-24T07:19:34","slug":"talking-about-running-in-norwegian-subtitles-in-norwegian-and-english","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/laernorsknaa.com\/es\/talking-about-running-in-norwegian-subtitles-in-norwegian-and-english\/","title":{"rendered":"Talking about running in Norwegian (Subtitles in Norwegian and English)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> 23 februar 2021 | 4 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Talking about running in Norwegian (Subtitles in Norwegian and English)\" width=\"525\" height=\"295\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/IHwL2emFxpE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Heihei!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I denne episoden s\u00e5 tenkte eg \u00e5 snakke litt om springing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this episode, I thought I would talk a bit about runnning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For akkurat no s\u00e5 har eg skifta til treningsklede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just now, I changed to my workout clothes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og gjer meg klar til \u00e5 g\u00e5 ut, f\u00e5 kroppen litt i gang, f\u00e5 hjarta til \u00e5 pumpa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And I am getting ready to go out, get the body working, and the heart pumping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og blodet til \u00e5 brusa rundt i kroppen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And the blood to go rushing through the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men f\u00f8r det tenkte eg berre at me kunne snakka litt om springing p\u00e5 norsk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But before that, I thought that we could talk a bit about running in Norwegian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For eg er veldig glad i \u00e5 springa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I love to run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eg synes det er kjekt \u00e5 springa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think it is fun to run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liksom den der f\u00f8lelsen av \u00e5 pressa seg sj\u00f8lv<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You know, that feeling of challenging yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men kanskje ogs\u00e5 den der enormt gode f\u00f8lelsen etterp\u00e5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But maybe also that extremely good feeling afterwards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For n\u00e5r eg flytta til Trondheim, det var eigentleg d\u00e5 eg byrja skikkeleg med springing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was when I moved to Tronheim that I really started to run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eg meldte meg inn i student p\u00e5 ein m\u00e5te springeklubben eller friidrettsklubben<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I signed up for the students\u2019 running club, or well, the atheltics club<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der det var fleire springe\u00f8kter i veka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Where there were several trianing per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og d\u00e5 var det liksom<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And then it was like<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>hadde eg nokre faste \u00f8kter i veka, det var veldig m\u00e5ndag, onsdag og fredag<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I had some fixed days of training which were Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der det var forskjellige springe\u00f8kter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With different kinds of running.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 m\u00e5ndagen var det ei lang \u00f8kt der me sprang ein time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Mondays, we had our long run where we ran for an hour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eg sprang p\u00e5 den gruppa som sprang tolv kilometer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I joined the group that ran twelve kilometers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 onsdagen var det intervallar p\u00e5 bane p\u00e5 haust og p\u00e5 v\u00e5ren<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And on Wednesdays, there were intervals on the track during autumn and spring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00e5 vinteren s\u00e5 gjekk det ikkje for d\u00e5 var det s\u00e5 mykje sn\u00f8 rundt omkring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We couldn\u2019t run there during winter as there was so much snow everywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 d\u00e5 var det i ein innehall<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So then we ran inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ogs\u00e5 p\u00e5 fredagen s\u00e5 er det bakkeintervallar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And on Fridays, there is hill running.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ja, bakkeintervallar, det gjer vondt. Og det er plenty med bakkar her i Trondheim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Well, uphill running hurts. And there are plenty of hills here in Trondheim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ogs\u00e5 pleidde eg \u00e5 springa litt i helga eller litt imellom dei \u00f8ktene ogs\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also used to run during the weekends or between the trainings too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 det blei veldig mange s\u00e5nne springe\u00f8kter i veka n\u00e5r eg flytta her til Trondheim<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So I started to run a lot when I moved here to Trondheim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For n\u00e5r eg var heima, spelte eg mest fotball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At home, I mostly played football [soccer].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e5 var det fotball det gjekk i. Det er jo nok av springing i fotball ogs\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Football was the thing. There is a lot of running in football too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men det var litt kjekt \u00e5 berre pr\u00f8va seg p\u00e5 springinga d\u00e5<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But it was a bit fun to push oneself in running.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og faktisk pressa seg litt og sj\u00e5 kor god\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And to push oneself a bit and see how good\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;korleis ein kan bygga kondisen opp til eit bra niv\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How one can build better fitness to a high level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og no, og akkurat no synes eg det er kjekkast med intervallar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And now, I think that interval-training is the most fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eg synes det er litt kjedeleg med lang\u00f8kter der ein berre spring framover i det same tempoet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I think just running foward for a long time at the same velocity is a bit boring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det blir liksom litt kjedeleg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It becomes a bit tedious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mens n\u00e5r det er liksom meir av og p\u00e5, der ein liksom n\u00e5r det er p\u00e5, d\u00e5 er det verkeleg p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whereas, when it is more on and off \u2026 well, when it\u2019s on, it\u2019s really on!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e5 er det dundra laust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Then it\u2019s \u00absmashing\u00bb forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og ein spurtar framover liksom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And one sprints forward.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og gjer det kanskje fem-, seks-, sju-, \u00e5ttehundre meter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And I do it maybe for five, six, seven, eight hundred meters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f8r ein har ein pause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before a break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Eit minutt, to minutt, tre minutt, fire minutt, eg har til og med vert med p\u00e5 \u00e5tta minutts pausar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One minute, two, three, four, I have even had eight minute pauses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er avhenger sj\u00f8lvsagt litt av \u00f8kta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, it depends on the workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men det er s\u00e5 utruleg mykje ein kan gjera med intervall\u00f8kter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But there is so much one can do with intervals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liksom, ein kan variera s\u00e5 mykje med pausar, med korleis ein spring,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That is, one can vary so much with the pauses, and how one runs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;alts\u00e5 kor raskt ein rping. Kor langt ein springer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How fast one runs. For how long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Og ein kan liksom ta \u00e5 byggja det oppover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to increase during the workout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Liksom, f\u00f8rste intervall 100 meter, andre intervall 200 meter, alts\u00e5 litt lenge kvar gong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first inerval 100 meters, the second one 200 meters, and a bit farther each time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 meter. Ogs\u00e5 bygg ein opp. Ogs\u00e5 kan ein g\u00e5 ned igjen i ein trekant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 meters. One can increase. And one can decrease, so to speak create a triangle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det er s\u00e5 utruleg mange m\u00e5tar \u00e5 gjera det p\u00e5.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are so many ways of doing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e5 i dag skal eg har intervalla. Hjarta skal verkeleg f\u00e5 pumpa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, I am going to do intervals.
