Heihei! In this episode I thought we would reflect a bit on the first season of the podcast,talk a bit about the format of the podcast and look forwards to season 2. For the season finale, the episode will be in Norwegian Nynorsk. Listening to Nynorsk is a great way to practice dialect comprehension, as many dialects have traits from Nynorsk. Lat oss byrja!

Nokre refleksjonar om sesong 1 og plan for sesong 2

I første sesong har me snakka om ulike aspekt av det norske språket. Me har snakka om at norsk er eit indo-europeisk språk i den germanske greina som er i slekt med blant anna tysk, svensk, dansk, nederlandsk og engelsk. I episode to snakka me om historia til det norske språket og at norsk kjem frå norrønt. Deretter handla episode tre om dialektar i Noreg. Me har mange dialektar.

Norsk er merkeleg fordi det kan skrivast på to forskjellige måtar. Me har snakka litt om bokmål og nynorsk, kva som er skilnaden på dei, kva nordmenn bruker mest og kva de bør læra.

Eg har også gitt dykk nokre tips for kva materiale de kan bruka til å læra norsk, som for eksempel lærebøker og appar. Men kvifor læra norsk? Det var temaet i episode sju. Episode åtte handla om norsk barne- og ungdombøker. Siste episode handla om skilnadane mellom norsk, svensk og dansk.

Med sesong ein har eg prøvd å gje dykk eit lite innblikk i det norske språket. De held no på å lære dykk norsk. Då trur eg det er greitt at de kan litt om språket. I byrjinga av å læra eit språk er det mykje å setta seg inn i og mykje nytt å læra. Eg håpar at de kanskje har lært litt om det norske språket. Også håpar eg sjølvsagt at de har lært litt norsk. Gje meg gjerne tilbakemeldingar på formatet og på sesongen. Har det vert greie tema? Er formatet greitt med ein norsk del, ein engelsk del og litt ord til slutt?

Til slutt vil eg berre seie at sesong 2 kjem til å handla om norrøn mytologi. Då skal me sjå på dei norrøne gudane som for eksempel Odin, Tor, Frøya og Loke. Me kjem til å sjå på nokre av mytane og forteljingane som forteljinga om ragnarok, verdas undergang, og skapinga. Forhåpentlegvis kan me også lesa nokre utdrag frå dei. Utdrag tyder smådelar frå ein tekst. Eg gler meg til det og håper at du vil fortsetta å lytta til podkasten.

I hope you have found the theme of the first season somewhat engaging. I think it’s important to get a good introduction to the language you are learning. When starting to learn a language, there is a lot to familiarize oneself with, so I hope I clarified some of your doubts or questions about the Norwegian language. Season two will be about Norse mythology. We will talk about the Norse gods, such as Thor and Odin, and some of them myths and stories For example, we will look at the creation of the world according to Norse mythology, and the end of it was well, called Ragnarok.
